ABOUT US
Soroptimist is an International Nonprofit volunteer service organization for women who work together to improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment. Almost 95,000 Soroptimists in about 120 countries and territories contribute time and financial support to community-based and international projects that benefit women and girls.
Soroptimist International of Citrus Heights (SICH) is just one of the local clubs located in Sacramento County. SICH is a group of dedicated volunteers that are involved in many Service Projects and contributes thousands of dollars each year to the community.

Our 38th annual crab feed will be held on Saturday, January 27th at the Citrus Heights Community Center. Cocktails at 6pm with dinner at 7pm. Raffles, auctions, games and much more! Join us for our second Annual Fall Into Fashion Show & Luncheon on Saturday, October 14th at 11:30 am. You do not want to miss this event! Members will float down the runway in the latest designs by local artist and owner of CHO CHO's in Fair Oaks. Big Day of Giving is an annual 24-hour giving event that unites caring people to raise funds for the nonprofits that strengthen El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, and Yolo counties. SICH supports many community groups, causes and programs that better the lives of women and children in the Citrus Heights / Sacramento area. Donations are accepted from April until May 31st.
